Saw this come through on railpictures.net http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.p ... 88&nseq=44 She was one-time Dearborn Station switcher now bound for IRM. I assume she was out west somewhere. |

Actually, as of 1 week ago, she is sitting on the UP/IRM interchange track (still on the flatcar). Jeff |

tomgears wrote: So was she sold, traded, or loaned? As far as I know, the locomotive was given away (FOB Sacramento, don't know who paid for moving it). CSRM lost a lot of their storage space as part of plans to develop the old SP shops in Sacramento. There were several other pieces of equipment transferred to other museums. WRM got an Oakland, Antioch & Eastern flat car and a Sacramento Northern box car, and I believe other museums also received equipment. |
