Sometimes these disputes do get settled in court: http://www.timesreporter.com/local_news ... in-dispute I wonder if Nick or IRM plan to appeal the suit, as the parties in the DL&W 952 case have. This is one of these cases that appears to have many parties and backstories involved. Chris. |

I do not believe IRM ever had any ownership interest in this locomotive. Nick bought it with his own money. Jeff |
