Hey, I heard that Oprah is ending her talk show and going back to being a museum exhibit in Green Bay. But I might be confused! |

Speaking of things ending, I was very dissapointed in the new movie "2102"... I was hoping to see shots of Reading Rambles, her trips with Steam Tours out of Ohio, those gorgeous runs on the Pittsburg (no h) & Shawmut, and of course the disastrous doubleheader around Horseshoe Curve with 4070... The film was about disasters all right, but nary a 4-8-4 was in sight. Instead it was some special effect flick about the world ending. I think maybe they ran the wrong movie. ;) |

As it happens I was subbing for my assistant last night running an Academy & guilds screening of "Public Enemies" and I enjoyed seeing 261 rolling into CUS near the end of Reel 3. |

So finally the truth is out...Oprah and the 261 are the same person. No, it's true... Have you ever seen them together? I didn't think so... Cheers, Dave |

I hear that the feature "2102" is coming to a movie theater near you. I think that I heard the realease date is sometime in 2012. Oh wait.......! Les |
