On Sunday, November 29, 2009, Sierra Railroad 3, 4-6-0, (Rogers 4493 / 1891), originally Prescott & Arizona Central Railway 3, was seen under repair in the Sierra Railway's Tri-Dam Building, Jamestown California. The new boiler was manufactured by Chelatchie Boiler Works, Camas, Washington. Restoration progress can be followed on the Railtown Shop Blog: http://www.railtown1897.com/ -> Railtown Shop Blog

The crown stays on this locomotive, are they all along the vertical axis of the boiler. That is are they all perfectly vertical? |
