On the afternoon of Sunday, November 29, 2009, we visited California State Railroad Museum, Sacramento, California. We were surprised when CSRM staff fired-up Western Pacific 913, EMD F-7, and backed it out of the shed into the late afternoon sunlight.

Nice! I had no idea #913 was operable.

I only wish all the locomotives here were as well taken care of.The 913 is one of the lucky ones being kept indoors
