Never knew anything about this engine, never knew it was in Newfoundland in '89. I used to drive up there from Bogota in '88 and '89 to the old MCC station area and either watch NYS&W go through or just hang out with friends and drink beers until all hours of the night.

Anyone have any further info on Mr. Links engine?

Engine is former CPR. After this trip it sat in storage in Utica, NY adjacent to their shops. At some point was placed on static display near a hobby shop and the NYS&W tracks just south of Utica. Presently for sale, missing many parts.

Is it still in Utica?
Any current pictures of this engine out there? I'd love to see what 21 years did to her.
