Polish 2-10-0 for auction on online site?

Anyone here read Polish?

This link was sent to me, without any explanation or comment. It appears to be a Polish auction site. The site has an "English" link, but I cannot find the locomotive page in the english section.

It APPEARS to be an auction of a 2-10-0, but I don't read Polish so it may actually be something else, like a cab ride, or a picture postcard for all I know, but since there's a price of 17,000 Euros shown, I'm thinking it's the locomotive that's for sale.

For the record, what they're asking is just a few dollars under $25,000 as of this morning--$24,989 according to two online currency converters.
