Does anyone know the history of this turntable? Also is it air powered or electric?

It was the WM Hagerstown table. Nice touch using a Lima crane to put it in.

Wow. That means I actually saw this used in 1974 to turn RDG 2102.

It's huge! How long is it? Looks like they could turn a Big Boy. OK, at least a Y-6.

I believe its only 115 feet long.
