Post subject:  Denver South Park and Pacific no7 'Como'

Went to see the above narrow gauge combine on a ranch 100 miles north of Cheyenne yesterday. She is in great condition and much loved by the family that saved it from dereliction in the 1970's. Its used as a small (40' x 8') museum with lots of interesting historical artifacts inside. She was built in 1882 as DSP&P 'Como' no7 a coach and later converted to a combine, and ran for 18 years as a standard gauge test car (must have looked really odd).
