That reminds me of the Chattanooga Railway and Light Company's 1906 Car Barn which has been redeveloped a couple of times. Southern Coach Lines used it as a garage for many years and then it was redeveloped as retail and restaurant space. Most of the original architecture has remained intact, so there is undoubtedly stuff under the floors.
