The numerals on the tender are somewhat ghastly. She looks good overall, except for that same over done paint scheme, to which so many park locos are subjected.

It's far better that the locomotive is painted and looks cared for. 30 years ago Charlie Heimerdinger of the Pacific Locomotive Association gave us good advice, roughly as follows: "If you can't do anything else, at least paint the railraod car or loco. Paint right over the moss growing out of the top, etc, if you don't have time to fix that. But paint it, and keep it looking decent. It shows someone cares, and significantly reduces the chances of vandalism."

I do agree the tender lettering could be improved - but it's far better than zilch.
