An El Paso PCC on the move?

Trying to remember where I heard it but someone saw a PCC in Illinois marked MUNI on a truck Trailer heading south.

Muni has been shipping cars to Brookville, PA for rewiring of some and complete rebuilding of others. Dallas would be quite a bit out of the way, though. Maybe the PCC spotted in the yard is one of the two ex-TTC cars owned by McKinney Avenue?
