The Regulatory page on the Railroad Passenger Car Alliance website has been updated (www.rpca.com) to now include some data on the new passenger car glazing regulations coming out from the FRA. Also on the Resource Library page are tons of free downloads of mechanical data (more coming soon). Available on the "shipping your car" page you can now find the contacts for CSX to move your car and also their requirements and movement forms.
