1361 completion timetable?

Post subject:  1361 completion timetable?
I'm helping my NRHS chapter consider doing a possible bus trip to Steamtown in July or August and would like to try to use the 1361 restoration as a promotional item. With that in mind, does anyone know, especially the one 1361 volunteer who I see posts here, think it might be under steam then or nearing a major reassembly point-ie a hydrostatic steam test, being put back on its drivers, or any other work that might be happening in those months. I undestand that the schedule is probably still tentative depening on volunteer work, when you get any contractor repaired parts done. Also, whats happening with the 2317?

Post subject:  Another project delay with 1361
Heard last month during my Steamtown visit that the mechanic working on 1361 left due to a disagreement with the Altoona museum and that the guy working on B&M 3713 (which has run out of money) was to continue the work on the K4. Expect more delays on this project. It will be a while.
