PRR cabin car 477828 (later PC/CR 23068), class N5C, was sighted in the CSX yard just south of Fredericksburg, VA. It's on a flat car with its trucks next to it. Its previous location was Orrville, OH. Does anyone know this car's destination and its new owner(s)?

I received word that the caboose was shipped from Brewster, OH and it's going to Lorton, VA.  The shipper is shown as Allentuck Landscaping, which is based in Clarksburg, MD.  What the company intends to do with the caboose remains to be seen.
