thats coordination between 2 cranes like that. I'm still bewildered why cutting into the smokebox to separate the boiler from the cylinders, but maybe this doesnt disturb the piston/cylinder mechanics, and doesn't bother the boiler, and you can reweld the smokebox cuts. Any serious operational restoration likely will separate the cylinder connections for inspection and probable work.

Portsmouth and the museum is getting a prize, enjoy it.
