its kinda good/bad scrap prices are up, good, if you have some junk laying around or collect discarded material legally its not a bad deal, but to run out and steal the wire like this is intolerable.

Its just like the East Broad Top rail theft, the thefts went out of their way to steal it even with fake certificates. I hope the purpetrators (spelling) can be found.
These guys need to find a real job and real money but they never learn and cause problems for other people.

There is more value in having the streetcar line and wire up than someone coming around just to rip off the wire.
