The last two weeks have seen a lot of work on the 261 directed toward preparing to lift it off its drivers, which should occur sometime in the 3rd week of July, I think. Fund raising has been going well, and Steve reports that they are about halfway to their goal. The plan, hope and desire is to put 261 back out on the mainline next summer, so memberships and contributions would be of great help in moving toward that goal.
