The West Springfield (MO) shops of the Frisco were demolished recently. This just about clears out Frisco presence in Springfield as the diesel shops were torn down in the past. Lot of neat stuff came out of the West Shops and their reputation for fine work was known throughout the railroad world years ago. http://www.ky3.com/home/video/Railro...-99602179.html |
