Post subject:  Wilmington NC Railroad Museum

I'll be heading that way in a few weeks and was hoping to get the inside scoop.

I'll be traveling with my wife and inlaws, so can't geek out completely, but if there's something I shouldn't miss, I'd love to know about it ahead of time.

Ed- It's been quite a few years since I visited, but Wilmington is the former headquarters of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. They have a nice ACL 4-6-0 on display and a nice collection of mostly ACL memorabilia.

If you can swing it, be sure and visit the battleship USS North Carolina as well.
