Hi everyone- It's been several months since we updated the webpage with new pictures, but the restoration of ET&WNC #434 continues to roll along. www.tarheelpress.com/etbox We'll be putting the ladders, grab irons, and roofwalk on soon, and then turn our attention to underneath the car. We do have a tentative deal on trucks for this and our Lawndale #401 car, so things are coming together nicely. Thanks again to all the people who have provided advice and input on this project. Thanks for this post. With so little existing ET&WNC equipment around today, what remains must be very carefully preserved... |

Looking great Matt, just shows that just about anything can be saved! Now to get this car behind Tweetsie #12 one of these days once you gets the trucks! Thanks for posting. |
