I need to collect tales and anecdotes illustrating the hazards of boiler hydros done by inexperienced operators. I know SP&S 700 had a problem a few years ago. Any others? wrj494@aol.com |

Hydro tests are safe by design. I have heard of someone doing a hydro on a small air tank and over doing it on the pressure causing the riveted seam to leak.
