I've seen this display before--the post is in Portuguese. I know that this is not the result of an actual accident, but an "artistic" conceptual re-enactment of the famed Gare Montparnasse station accident of 1895 depicted in a famous photograph printed on millions of "Oh, $#*^!" posters:

The Wikipedia entry reveals the location of the video: "Replicas of the train crash are recreated outside the Mundo a Vapor ("Steam World") museum chain buildings in Brazil, at the southernmost state, Rio Grande do Sul, in the city of Canela.":
