While recently visiting the website of Mid-Continent and looking at its on-line listing of its passenger cars I found that it had a car built by Hicks. This is Lake Superior & Ishpeming #64 built in 1910. See: http://www.midcontinent.org/collectn/woodpas/lsi64.html ![]() The architecture is very similar to the combine car built in 1907 by Hicks Locomotive & Car Works for the Virgina & Truckee now at Orange Empire. See: http://www.oerm.org/pages/VT20.htm Any other similar cars out there? |

Yosemite Valley Railroad observation #330 is a Hick's Locomotive & Car Works product. It's privately owned and is kept at the Niles Canyon Railway near Fremont, California. http://www.yv330.com/ |
