I am prepared to have cast some Sharon coupler knuckles and throwers. If anyone is in need of Sharon knuckles, please let me know. This may be a one time deal, so if you have cars with Sharon couplers this is the time to get spare knuckles. Also I have a Pitt type knuckle if someone needs one of those.

Got any idea as to the approximate cost?

I plan to divide the cost of the pattern equipment over the number of knuckles that are produced. I estimate the cost around $100 each for a finished knuckle, but I don't have any solid figures available yet. I am investigating the cost difference between making equipment for cores for the knuckle pin vs. drilling the holes. We can cast the knuckles out of ductile iron or cast steel.
