Pretty funny. It's a CNR steam loco tender, all right. Must have been a photo picked up off the 'net, cheap or "free" (Flicker or I-stock or somesuch) by a designer/PR dept. type who has no knowledge of what a tank car should look like ("Hey, this is round, it's a tank, it has some color and a funky angle, go with it.").

And then there was the railfan in Eastern PA who swore that he saw a steam locomotive dead in tow, maybe two years ago. Turns out it was an older tank car; the domes confused him-
