I have some 8mm movies that I took of 611's break-in run somewhere. I can still hear my brother yelling, "65, 65, they're doing 65". Of course, no one on the locomotive would admit that. Track speed was 50 mph. Those were the days... |

In one segment of the videos there is a shot on the engineer's side from the Southern bay window caboose that went with 611. Any record or possibility of finding out which caboose that was? |
