Snipped from a PRRT&HS newsletter: ALTOONA RAILROAD MUSEUM ROUNDHOUSE GROUND BREAKING The Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum announced its groundbreaking ceremonies for the new Harry Bennett Memorial Roundhouse. The ceremony will take place on October 22, 2010, at 10 am on the Museum grounds. All Museum members and the general public are welcome to attend this groundbreaking event. The tender body for the engine we don't mention anymore has left Steamtown! Management is thinking about moving 565 into that bay so we have more room to work, but I think it may be a bad luck bay. LOL |
