The Hagerstown & Frederick operated quite late. 1954 as you say. Did all of the equipment on their roster at the end get preserved?

There are at least two or three carbodies in the vicinity of Frederick County, Maryland.

The other two are at the Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum (trolley 168, seen below) and the town of Thurmont, Md. ("freight motor" body with baggage doors).
