Would anyone know what, or close to viscosity journal oil is rated at?

For AAR M-963 "All-Year Journal Box Lubricating Oil" the Kinematic Viscosity at 210 degrees F, in SSU, per ASTM D-445 is 53 to 58. The Viscosity Index, per ASTM D-2270 table XI is 100 minimum.
