To all of you who have been very patient with me on keeping you updated on the progress of our GT Combine. WE FINALLY HAVE A MOVING DATE!

Here's the logistics (baring another April snowstorm in Michigan):

Here's the plan.

April 30th 7:30 AM 1st Laramie truck
The pick up for the rail car is the Fischer Contracting Yard, right next to Design Craftsmen at 2200 James Savage Rd. Midland Michigan. Follow Business 10 (M-20) exit at Waldo Rd. Turn left at Waldo turn right onto James Savage

April 30th 8:30 AM 2nd Laramie truck
The pick up for the wheel trucks is Lake Painting 2877 Venture Midland Michigan. Follow Business 10 (M-20) Turn left at Cronkright St. / Poseyville Rd. Follow Poseyville Rd about 1.5 miles south, Venture Dr. will be on the right.

The delivery point will be the Thomas Edison Depot Museum 520 Thomas Edison Parkway in Port Huron. The site phone 810 455 0035. The location is along the river right next to the Blue Water Bridge.

Due to highway construction projects the exact route will be planned on Monday the 29th by Laramie Trucking.

We will schedule the delivery and unload at the museum site that afternoon. The wheel trucks should arrive about 12 noon and will be set in place by a local crane company. The Rail car should arrive about 2:00 to 3:00 pm and will be set that afternoon.
