Steve,

Would the fact that the boiler is now buttoned up indicate everything inside it is ready to go? I'm sure there could be a leaky staybolt here or there but wondering if all things outside the boiler is all that's left before she's ready.

Those new running boards sure look nice compared to the previous banged up ones. The old ones probably date back to the 40s at least. This Ks sure has some classy lines as many on the SR did.
