I tried our real hometown, but they weren't amenable to buying the river line from NS yet.
Which hometown works best for Rock Island? It gave me a choice of eight scattered around IA and IL, but I don't know the territory well enough.

And yes, this is a cool gimmick.

Davenport, IA is the largest town just across the river so I would think that location would make the point. It's where I voted for since the train won't come to my real hometown in NC.

How is UP marketing this site and opportunity to the general public? Since I'm nowhere near UP territory, whatever they are doing isn't targeted at me.
