Just a quick note, the 261 is having a special run of 18" brake cups made by Wabtec. The 261 uses the full "domed" cup and these are a non-stock part. The cost is approx $150.00 each with a 10 week lead time. The cups are priceless if you need them and don't have them on hand.

I'm not sure if any of your loco's use the same cup. If you need them, call Bill Juebeck at Pittsburg Air Brake and add your order to ours, there's no mark up on our end. Feel free to send this note to other locomotive groups or friends that may use this size cup.
