These leadership organizations—often parts of chambers of commerce—provide a wonderful way for nonprofits to connect with twenty-thirty-fortysomethings who are rising stars. It is interesting that this Wilkes-Barre group is doing a fundraiser. Some leadership organizations won't, as a matter of policy; but their "graduates" become available for nonprofit management assistance.
