Anyone have any more info on what the car is, as the article only lists it as a rail maintenance car from the `30's or 40's. That leaves a lot of vehicles as possibilities.

The article did mention it is a speeder, but of course that leaves plenty of interpretation. It was donated by Vermont Rail Corporation... which will likely narrow down the possibilities considerably.
