It is nice that she now has the "proper" whistle on her, but I have to say, that I prefer the sound of the old SP six chimer that she's carried for so long. However, if it is indeed the proper whistle for her, that's what she should carry. |

Actually her whistle as of late was a NP Z class 3-chime. She hasn't had an SP whistle for quite a while. Personally I would prefer taking it one step further and hearing the air horn as it was in service but Doyle likes the whistle. Interesting according to a thread I read elsewhere the whistle came with a different valve then what they have on it now. The new valve allows them to use a cord with the whistle to allow quiling. |

Nice whistle. The valve that came with the new whistle is a air valve. Doesnt PM 1225 have one of these? |
