Is it just me or does the website not say where the Prescott and Northwestern Railroad is located at? I suppose that would have maybe a slight influence on whether I bid or not!

Up untill about 2 hours ago all the location information was posted on the site for the equipment inspections. We have taken it down now so we can post info on how to bid on the auction. The items with the exception of the SW1 is located in Prescott, AR and the SW1 is located in Warren, AR.

Are those sealed bids or are would we be bidding openly against other bidders?

My God, the stuff went for nothing, especially the MoW and shop equipment. A railway museum could have done very well. I hope it went to "not a scrapper".

All bids are subject to approval of the owner. I can not believe that they will except the bids of some of that shop equipment.

If you are located in the east like I am, getting your winnings here will cost way more than the bid price. Probably eliminated a lot of eastern bidders, and that is where the majority of tourist and museum rail operations are.
