The tender of USA Locomotive No 557 (noted in other posts) is free for the taking. However, the new owner must provide and be willing to supply the following:

New Owner must pay for the move from Moses Lake to Wheeler for load out. Transfer made by Columbia Basin railroad, they will NOT donate the move. Car can NOT be loaded where it sits now.

New owner must have COTS inspection done on car before move. Must be done by qualified third party inspection company.

New owner must pay for and or provide all crane lifting and loading services.

If tender is transported via rail, new owner to supply flat car, and cover all handling fees, railroads for transport include at least, Columbia Basin Railway, BNSF. Neither have indicated that they are willing to donate moves. Car can NT be moved on own wheels, it has friction bearings.

New Owner must provide a business plan or written plan showing that tender will be used, not just simply taken for takes sake.
