We did an indepth survey of 1913 UP CA caboose 2516 today and feel that a lift and move is possible. However in order to do this we need to raise $2700 to pay for the custom built frame and the lifting and moving costs. The owner has donated the caboose to us and we feel as currently the only example of a 2500 series UP caboose its worth moving it to safety pending a full scale restoration.
