Fire-fighting film from the Pennsylvania Railroad, featuring potential fire hazards in diesels and electrics. This is from a YouTube fan who is a fire-fighting enthusiast more than a railfan, judging from the other material he has posted.

Was this fire fighting equipment standard on all Cab units, or just on the PRR?

I think this stuff (the built-in systems) fell out of use rather quickly, especially when the mixing of carbody and road switcher units became common.
