This was a plastic-ring bound reprint complied by Messrs. Frobom and Zuiderveen for Tourist Railway Association members. Has a light green cover and was issued about 1989-90. Contents: 1890s wood car construction/repairs, a reprint of the ICS Steel Passenger Car Repair book, and some modern-era Amtrak repair techniques for lightweight cars.

RMNE's copy has gone off somewhere and has not returned. "Lost" notices on phone poles in the neighborhood have been to no avail. TRAIN does not have any of these. I would like to know if someone out there in RyPN-land would lend us a copy for a little while. If so, please PM me and we can make arrangements. You WILL get it back.
