Does anyone know if Dayton Manufacturing produced more then one full line catalog of items such as lights, coat hooks, luggage racks, etc. for passenger cars? The one I have seen is No. 200 from 1916 which is 1600 pages in size and I'm curious if other years were produced. Doing a Google search I have found references to other publications of around 8 pages or so for batteries for car lighting and light fixtures for electric railway cars. I have found reference to the following: Dayton Manufacturing Company, Dayton. 0.—Catalogue No. 126 describes the Sllvey storage battery and appliances for electric car lighting, etc. This catalogue shows a new type of battery, aa well as those with which the public Is already familiar. It has 40 pages, and Is well illustrated. The company state that ;li«' Intend soon to Issue a bulletin about once a month relative to storage batteries. Railway Age November 4, 1904 The Dayton Manufacturing Company of Dayton, O., has recently issued a very convenient and comprehensive catalogue. No. 139, descriptive of the Silvey storage batteries, which are manufactured by this concern. The Dayton Manufacturing Company has been manufacturing storage batteries for the last sixteen years and claims that its now "armored type" of battery has so many self-evident points of merit as to make it a seller at sight. A number of special types of storage batteries especially designed for telephone purposes will be found described in the new catalogue. It can be had upon application. Telephony, April 1907 Lighting Fixtures.—The Dayton Manufacturing Company has recently issued bulletin No. 173, an eight-page folder devoted to its high efficiency, large unit lighting fixtures for electric railways cars. Railway Age June 12, 1914 General Catalog 200, 1916. I also see that some records from DMC are at Wright State University Special Collections, MS-202. Has anyone gone through these records?
