Now if we could get Mike and Frank to value some of the train stuff they have passes over in recent weeks. I am thinking of the REA signs from the last episode I watched.

And they found yet another guy, this time in WI, with railroad equipment. Some sort of critter on a short stretch of track.

They pass by all kind of railroad stuff, presumably since they don't know the value. Unless you're an experienced collector in the field, it can be very difficult to know what's valuable and what's common. There are enough fakes out there too (UPRR Spitoons anyone?) to make mistakes all too easy.

Nobody can be an expert in everything and they seem to stick with what they know.

That said, I've seen them toss aside a few items where I was saying "Buy it! Buy it!"

Yes, we were pleased that Mike himself commented on it. In addition to our own Facebook page we try to post stuff in interesting places. We have drawn new non-railfan people to our website and generated sales, donations and new members doing it. These are the kind of people we need.
