Looking for info on photographer LaMar M. Kelley

I was recently given some prints by LaMar M. Kelley of Elkhart, IN. They are of CA&E and CNS&M. My understanding is that Mr. Kelley passed away 60+ years ago. Does anyone know if his photographic collection is managed by an archive, as the George Krambles collection is?
