A Carousel musuem in bristol connecticut does this type of raffle every year to help offset the heating costs of its restoration and musuem building (an old factory) with great results though a quiete a bit of work to sell those tickets, i believe they sell 1000 and myself and a couple of others have toy'd with the idea for the RMNE, and met with some resistance, as DPK would say who the hell wouldn't want a harley, we are located on a favorite path of motorcycle ryders and i think would and could draw some additional intrest and possibly some skilled help if they were aware of our doings, most harley owners do know how to turn a wrench love to know how it works out and i noticed and i am somewhat guesing about a 5000.00 take for the musuems efforts nice work let us know how it goes, BTW the musuem in bristol makes an appearance every year to sell tickets at the state fair in Durham, wich has drawn additional attention to there efforts |
