From today's "Bridgton News":

There is a petition drive to bring the B&SR railroad back home to Bridgton, Maine.

"Bridgton" Bill Shelley will be collecting signatures and answering questions at the Chamber of Commerce office on RT 302, from 10:00am - 12:00pm, Saturday April 30th, Sunday May 1st. Don't let your friends and family in Bridgton miss this opportunity!

Well, with Monson a historical place, but the museum wouldn't grow much, it's really just down to Bridgton and Grey. Portland did submit a bid, but I highly doubt that MNGRR is going to stay, at least in Portland. Although they do great work, what are they supposed to do, build a nuclear reactor in a garage? (Already found out the hard way on RR.Net. Not necessarily hard, more like ending up the butt of a good joke)
