Mo-Pac Capitols plate. Tennessee and Mississippi too?

Post subject:  Mo-Pac Capitols plate. Tennessee and Mississippi too?

Why does a Mo-pac dinner plate have the capitols of Tennessee and Mississippi on it? There are also the capitols of states they did go to on it.

The MoPac did reach Memphis, Tennessee with several passenger trains, and also had a line from Little Rock to Natchez, Mississippi, served via the "MoPac Navy," the rail-barge-and-steamboat ferry crossing of the Mississippi:
