August 19-21:

"As usual, the Fox River Trolley Museum will be open and offering rides during the festival. A bus will take residents back and forth between the festival and trolley museum parking lots, as well as other stops in downtown South Elgin." Courier-News quote.

Who operates the bus? The museum? Transit operator?
