I'd like to inquire if anyone here knows the condition, status, and future of this locomotive. It was built as Snoqualmie Falls Lumber #6, and it exists today as Canadian Forest Products (CANFOR) #112, at Beaver Cove, Vancouver Island.

From recent photos on the web, it actually looks pretty well-preserved. The paint looks intact. And the loco seems to be "all there". Some photos:

I'm inquiring simply because I'm a Seattle-area native and interested in what's left of the local logging railroad scene. The Snoqualmie Valley had some interesting logging operations. I've wondered about CANFOR #112 for several years now... I wonder what will happen to it? Any guesses (favorable or not) about the fate of this locomotive?

Thanks everyone.
